Question 11 asks for information of any other family (non migrating). So does he need to list his elderly mum, dad and sister??? This is rather odd as his father is not a part of his life so getting information from him will prove difficult. Can anyone advise please? I havent come to that part. the current application is making us provide information for family (non migrating). It says in the help section that you do not need to provide passport numbers if you dont know them, however when we try to move on to the following pages, its says 'this section is required' (for passport numbers) - this is a very difficult process.
