RCB Refused - 187 RSMS

Hi,

Positon: Cook

Visa 187 RSMS

Visa applied 21/Jan/18

RCB refused OCT/18

I just got my RCB refused for the second time.

RCB says: 

There is insufficient evidence of advertising for the position therefore tis criteria has not been satisfied. (My agent says they have provided enough material)

That the salary offered appears to be below the average market rate. Further, the terms and conditions of employment are not adequately noted in the employment contract. (My agent says he had other applications approved with salaries bellow mine. In other RCB authorities)

Now he gave some options of how to proceed: Re-lodge again RCB, but he is not sure if he can get a positive outcome or Build a strong case showing that RCB made a mistake. He said he has done salary research and all is according to NSW Club award 2010.

He told he has only two RCB refusals in his company and both are from the same place (RCB far south coast). 

 

Im wondering if anyone know any agent who has had success in the same area?

I’ve always had it in mind that the RCB application would go in first and get approval before applying for an RSMS visa?

My nomination was refused because of immigration officer thinks the salary I got offered was not enough. We had a contract of $55000.

This was a intra transfer within the company . Now with the nomination is refused I have no Hope's of applying 186 via trt . I have to find another employer and start of the clock back again . Can you suggest anything on this situation .

There is insufficient information in your post to provide any opinion or potential options.

If it was refused on salary, I would assume that insufficient or incorrect information was provided in regards to "Market Rate".
