I will get my work place assessment very soon, may be next week. Do anyone have any idea that, What do they examine about my work and what thing i should keep it in my mind. jdiane Posted January 4, 2019 Share Posted January 4, 2019 (edited) It's not too strict from my experience. Just plan out some things to do for the whole 2 hours. Make sure you are able to discuss about anything you have written in your journal and all equipments indicated there are really present. They're just there to verify if you really are doing what you're supposed to do as a chef. Hope this helps.
