When it comes to hospitality work

Do you mean the RSA (responsible service of alcohol)?  If part of the job is to work behind the bar you will probably need it.

I just want PIO to be a happy place where people are nice to each other and unicorns poop rainbows

Thank you both. But whatbdk you mean? That its worth taking both RCA and RSG?

Yup. Alcohol and gambling are the core functions of many places that employ WHV hospitality workers and the more qualifications you have under your belt the better for getting jobs.

Whenn it comes to gambing what exactly are you tasks? And i dont have any experience concerning gambling jobs. Would it be easy to get gambling job with just an RSG without experience?

It's in case you want to get a bar job in a gambling establishment.  It doesn't mean you're going to be a croupier or blackjack dealer.  You may go and work in a club which has pokies for example. It's making sure you are alert to the issues of problem gambling.

There are courses which combine the certificates , usually RSA, RSG,RSF and a first aid certificate should ensure your employability.tho many just start with RSA , you can then do the rest online .

Best of luck .

not sure where you are but here is some information about courses
