HOB Posted October 15, 2018 Share Posted October 15, 2018 I had applied for subclass 500 (Vocational and training category) for over 3 weeks and am yet to get a medical call up or biometrics for my dependant who I had just included on my application since shes wasn't on my application for my first entry. We got married early this year and I had to include her for my new application. My questions is: Do I have to wait for a case officer to send us request for her biometrics or it should be pre-arranged by us? Meanwhile, she lives in Zimbabwe while I am currently in Aussie at the moment. I am thinking they wouldn't process our application without her biometrics and we haven't received any correspondence since I got my bridging. Please anyone with an idea of how to do the right thing should point us in a good direction. The so called agency I used are not helping matters.
