My wife and I moved to Sydney, Australia but still have an investment property in London. It is currently let and I understand I have to lodge a UK Tax Return concurrently with an ATO Tax Return. Some days I think I definately want to move, and other days I think I have a nice home and garden 20 mins from central London.. do I really want to go back to renting and living in a small apartment.
