However, the RCB refused to accept my application and refund my money. I’m wondering if I have any chance to get my visa approved? Thanks Although a 187 can be successful even if RCB is refused, it is more difficult. In your case however, it appears that a valid RCB application was not lodged. The fact that it was returned with a refund seems to indicate that the application was invalid. Did you apply before Perth was removed from the Regional area? Frist of all I didn’t know that my RCB was refused until last August when my agent retired and send all my documents. Secondly, when I applied for my visa the postcode of Perth was on immigration website as regional area. They removed Perth at 17 of November 2018. However, the RCB froze the application in Perth since March 2018. Raul I would appreciate if I could have an appointment with you so you could read our complaint and then understand better my situation.
