Yam
Hi, I'm a 457 visa holder (old 457 visa) but I transferred to a new employer last year before the changes was made. My question is if I can still apply for PR under grandfathering. I hope someone can answer me. Thank you so much.

It depends on the specific details of your matter, including when your 457 visa was lodged, your age, your current employers eligibility to nominate you, etc. Considering the current high refusal rate for Employer Nominated Permanent Residency, you may want to consider some professional advice based on your specific circumstance.
