DanielThomas
Hi folks, Would really appreciate some advice on this one. I had a 457 visa application made by company in Jan 2018. I was placed on a BVC and my partner on a BVA. This was refused and an appeal was made to the AAT. I have since left australia and had my BVC cancelled as a result. I then had my tourist visa refused to re enter. My partner is now also due to leave aus which will cancel her BVA. My company have also now decided to withdraw my appeal. Am I now free to re enter australia on a tourist visa so i can collect my belongings?
Raul Senise
There is not enough information in your post for anyone to answer definitively. The fact that you were on a BVC already raises questions. You would be well advised to obtain some professional advice.

Can't your partner bring your belongings when she/he leaves?
