RAJEEV KUMAR Posted September 18, 2018 Share Posted September 18, 2018 My employer lodged my 457 Visa application in OCT 2017 but it's almost 11 months now I did not received my VISA yet.I am looking for help/information on this.Is there any chance I will receive my Visa or what are other possible options do I have now. Can I cancel existing application and lodge a fresh one. Should I wait for existing lodged application. Please provide guidance what should I do here. Thanks in Advance ! Samson Posted September 18, 2018 Share Posted September 18, 2018 You are not the only one my friend. You can continue to wait. Or apply for the TSS visa and withdraw the 457. Priority is currently being given to those whose Nomination is near expiry. immi seem to think it will be done by Xmas. 11-13 months is not abnormal = We are still waiting on a simple nomination since 28th December.
