Then which Trainng documents need to provide immigration. My employer provide trainng invoice trainng receipts , certificate, but they didn’t provide trainee’s proof of Pr or citizen .Morever company not provide his group certificate or payslips to immigration. Can immigration ask Trainee’s these two proof or invoice , receipt and certificate are enough to prove that . Please help if someone can . Raul Senise Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 There has been a large increase in 186 nomination refusals for a number of reasons, including training benchmarks. Case officers are not obliged to ask for further documents and increasingly are refusing rather than asking for documents.
