Hi everyone

Loving this thread to help my sanity 🙂

Our process so far has been as follows:

- submitted our application on 11th July 2018

- had a request for an updated police check for my husband on 22nd November 2018

- uploaded it on 10th December 2018

My status shows ‘further assessment’ and his shows ‘submitted’. Do you think this is an issue?

Good luck everyone and I love the Gantt chart!

Lotty

Congratulations to all who have received  the golden ticket in the last few weeks. Tomorrow starts another week, I think people are really optimistic that things should be happening soon. So many of us on the same timeframe since requests for further info, I’m hoping the good news comes thick and fast.

Can anyone help with this question...?

I have applied offshore, if I go onshore on a tourist visa and my medical expires before they grant my visa can I get another medical done onshore in Aus or would I have to return to the UK for another one to be done?

’Attempting’ to plan our lives and thinking of every possible obstacle 😥

Anyone got any gems of forums to progress onto once you have got your grant and have to start planning everything else?

See there are a lot of other forums, but which ones are the good ones you have found like this one?

Pomsinoz is as good as any. It’s not just for people who are applying, you’ll find people at all stages here

OMG, just got the golden email!! I thought I would be more relieved but it just feels surreal after all the waiting. Interestingly we got it from another case officer Zacharenia), so I wonder if our other case officer left or is off sick so that has been the hold up?!

You guys have kept me sane, thank you!
