CarmenChung
Hi! Does anyone know about nomination (187) still being refused cases if the company provided accountant support letter, with the reason “the company is not able to pay the applicant for next two years”? If we have two 187 applicants, do we request the accountant to write 2 separate letter or in 1 saying that the company can pay for me and my coworker for 2 years? TIA. So frustrated. 187hopeful2018
What should an accountants letter include? Another questions, accountants letter needs to be provided by the in-house accountant of the company, or by the accountant who audited the financials? The refusal rates on 187 applications are very high at the moment, often due to financial capacity for the business. The contents of the Accountant's letter will depend on the specific financial performance and structure of the business. Trying to obtain answers to complex and important matter like this, on a public forum, based on almost no information about the case, is a recipe for disaster.
