Vivanathan Posted June 19, 2018 Share Posted June 19, 2018 Hi i am from Malaysia i have been to Australia in 2016 but i overstay for 1 month the reason for overstay is because i was overjoyed went i was in Australia is really wonderful country and peaceful country very nice people is a joyful country i don't have a hard to live the country but i know i am doing wrong but i am telling this is from bottom of my hard i really love Australia and now i intend to visit again but my application waa rejected is there any option for me to get the visa need help and advice thank you Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Quoll Posted June 19, 2018 Share Posted June 19, 2018 You’d need to talk to an agent but overstaying a visa is very serious and they’re not keen to trust anyone who has done it once before. You’d have got a 3 year ban automatically so not worth trying again until you’ve served your ban. Being overjoyed is not a valid reason to become illegal.
