Clarity on Skilled Occupation- Construction Project Manager or Project Builder

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Greetings to All.

I am 37 year old, a Bachelor of Architecture from India, with 12 years of experience in Project management of Interior fitouts. I am certified LEED AP BD+C & PMI certified Project Management professional. I am looking to migrate to Australia under skilled visa 189

What is the occupation code applicable to me ?? Construction Project Manager(ANZSCO 133111) or Project Builder  (133112)??

Regards,

Ravi

They are very similar occupations in the same ANZSCO group. A Construction Project Manager is involved in "civil engineering and building projects" while a Project Builder is involved in "alteration and renovation of dwellings and other buildings".

Thanks Raul Senise for the response.

My Job involves Management & Construction of Interiors. Job Description given under both the codes are same. I perform close to 90% of the responsibilities listed in either of them.

Which ANZSCO code can i exactly apply under? Is it possible to guide me?
