peza21 Posted June 6, 2018 Share Posted June 6, 2018 Hi, sorry this might be a long one but i'm wondering if anyone has recently applied for the resident return visa, my husbands visa expired in October 2015, and he applied in February of this year, but because he answered yes to a character question ( hes has a conviction in the Uk from 1989 for Criminal damage) they asked for more information which we supplied on the 11th March since then nothing, we have phoned, gone into the immigration office in Melbourne (they cant help) and even messaged on Facebook, we are living in Melbourne and have been for 5 years, we are due to fly to England on Friday and at the moment it's just me going, has anyone waited this long, thanks for reading Peza Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've emailed and tried to fill up their online form, no response. Their help page states specifically that calling won't help. Is there any way to get some response from DIBP?
