scubacam
Hi everyone, I’ve been sponsored to work in NSW on 190.We were thinking about heading to Byron Bay. My hubby could make good money in Gold Coast and it’s commutable so I was just wondering if he’s restricted to work in NSW as well, does anyone know ? aconcannon
State sponsored visas involve a moral obligation to live and work in the nominated state for the first 2 years, it's not a legal obligation. We've got 2 sets of friends who moved to Perth on state sponsored visas and both relocated permanently to Sydney, with no issues, within 6 months of arriving in the country. If you're living in NSW and you're hubby works on the Gold Coast I very much doubt you'd run into any problems at all
