Diii
Hi Does anyone know if this condition can result in a visa being denied or does anyone have any experience of being granted a visa with this condition? If so did you have to wait for X-rays etc to be clear? What kind of wait did you have for the visa to be granted and did you need further testing?background: CXR and CT scan show what they think is mild (symptomless) sarcoidosis in a fit and healthy middle aged man. Got respiratory consultant on Wednesday for all the required tests. GP says nothing to worry about health wise shouldn’t require treatment should go away on its own. Wonderng if I should prepare myself for no visa.

Every chance that you could still be "a" on medical but wait for the resp opinion. Sarcoid comes in all manner of severity of disease so impossible to comment further. (Resp consultant.) VERYSTORMY
It would depend on any likely costs to the Australian government for treatment. It is always a good idea to speak to a specialist agent where there is a medical issue. George Lombard is one that is well known and regarded.
