Zoflow365 0 Posted May 23, 2018 Has anyone ever moved on a 190 visa sponsored by NSW but never lived in NSW?
VERYSTORMY 3,388 Posted May 24, 2018 If you were to obtain a state sponsored visa with no intention of moving to the sponsoring state, then that may be regarded as visa fraud and can give rise to the visa being cancelled.
calNgary 8,982 Posted May 24, 2018 I am sure i have read of people moving to another state because they couldn't find work etc in the sponsoring state and that is is a moral obligation more than anything. It is worth looking into further if this is whats happening to you. Cal x If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you don't step forward, you're always in the same place... If you get a chance, take it, If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy they just said it would be worth it... ali 16,414 Posted May 24, 2018 It is, I believe a moral obligation however, most people (from the forums I've seen) do seem to move to the sponsoring state and then move if they've been unable to find work. I just want PIO to be a happy place where people are nice to each other and unicorns poop rainbows
