robdavies1354
Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could answer 1 or 2 questions please? I am currently awaiting news on my 2nd year WHV, & have had a bridging visa accepted. As things are taking a little longer than expected, I am just trying to plan for all outcomes. So my Q is, if for whatever reason my 2nd year gets rejected whilst I am on my bridging visa, what happens? I know you can appeal the decision, I am just curious as to whether you get X amount of days to leave the country etc etc Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Guest The Pom Queen
As far as I am aware you have 28 days from when the visa is rejected. @Alan Collett may be able to confirm this.
