Leeanne Posted April 18, 2018 Share Posted April 18, 2018 Just looking for some guidance with a 186 visa that is going from bad to worse I have been on a 457 visa however when originally applying for this in 2015 I had this granted for only 2 years. My nomination and my part of the application was submitted on 8th November 2017 when my 456 lapsed on 26th November 2017. I was 18 days to early on the ‘2 years out of the 3 on a 457.’ My nomination has been refused and from seeking some guidance from an immigration agent I will be resubmitting both the nomination and my part (paying the money again). I have been advised that this will not go through at AAT due to the dating error. However in my stressful state of mind I have accidentally removed my unfinalised part of the 186. I needed this to assist with resubmitting a new one and was wondering how I could get this back? Any advice would be helpful Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
