Samson
I can't help with exact costs but: Gas is cheap but it's used less over hear electricity is expensive and used more could easily be $500++ a month if you have aircon on in summer Council Tax =$0 the owner pays it in WA Water Rates = $0 you pay usage only so a bill for 5 could be around $50/60 a bill Internet is $69-$79 a month Foxtel is $35-$199 depending on your options Fully comp car insurance is around $500-700 a year 25k car no claims / garaged 15k kms a year

Samson
Medicare is 2% of your annual salary its charge at tax return time and depending on how you are paid and what how the tax is taken you may not notice it, i.e a small tax refund and medicare will swallow that up. (Or maybe not) You will also pay a LEVY Surcharge too if your salary is higher.. I am single and have no children at home or on my medicare so, I really wouldn't know if thats makes a difference, sorry. https://www.ato.gov.au/Individuals/Medicare-levy/ However, My advice if to always find a Bulk Billing Doctor. Doctors who get medicare rebate and charge $80+ for a 10 minute appointment do not care about your well being, they care about their bank balance.. I may be biased but I have experienced a far superior service at Bulk Billed practices.
