Phil1712
Hi I am curious to know where my partner would stand in obtaining a visa for a permanent move on the basis that all but her biological father are living in Perth. Any info would be appreciated Thanks
VERYSTORMY
On that basis alone, there is no visa. If her biological father was also in Oz, then a las remaining relative would have been possible, though that has a processing time of over fifty years! Does she have an occupation on any of the skilled lists?
MaggieMay24
If she's your partner, is a partner visa not an option?
Phil1712
Hi thanks for the advice. I am a decorator and plasterer so maybe we can obtain a visa via the skills select path.
