BigAngel Posted April 1, 2018 Share Posted April 1, 2018 My daughters boyfriend was on a 2 yr 457 from 2015 to 2017. His company applied for a new 4 yr 457 last April but has just been rejected due to the company not applying for a new nomination. He is now under notice to leave. The company can apply for the new 482 visa but he cannot stay in Australia while it is being processed. My daughter is now leaving which is upsetting, has anyone had this experience?
