Buy a restaurant and get the Visa

Hi Everyone,

I'm new in this forum.

A friend of mine bought a restaurant in the regional area, he told me that is an easy way to get a Permantent Visa,of course, if you have some money to invest. 

Can someone help me and give me some advices about this topic...??

You cannot just buy a restaurant and get PR.

I think there is an investment visa but I think its up in the realms of millions of dollars, you'd need to look at the DPHA website, and I would strongly suggest professional advice.

No, it's not that easy, but not impossible.

Look under subclass 188 Business Innovation stream for details.

Be careful as there are many who will try and sell you a business with the promise of a visa. They may make it sound easy, but it s not, otherwise everyone would be doing it.

Hi, 

I believe there is a certain amount to be invested and maintaining the business to be able to get the visa. You have to look for further information on the requirements.
