Best to contact a few, check them out and see who you feel works best for you. There are around 8, I would recommend. I've been involved with visa assistance for 17 years, and most agents - particularly those I know in the UK - do primarily skilled visa work. So you do work visas and so do the Australia ones - sorry I did not mention the words "skilled" or "sponsored" in relation to work visas. With a 01 number I can do the math!
