If so, don't do it. It's a very, very bad idea to buy a house without seeing it in person, even if you have a trustworthy agent. Andrew Colley Posted March 16, 2018 Author Share Posted March 16, 2018 Makes sense to rent before you buy for the reason you need to educate yourself on the property market values and the method of purchase as it’s all very different from the uk i made the mistake of paying too much for my first house as I rushed in.
