lawdi14 Posted February 21, 2018 Share Posted February 21, 2018 At the moment I'm in service with the armed forces and want to apply for visa 417. On the application in the character section there is a question asking if I had ever worked in the military and after another question asks the discharge date. The situation is that I want to be granted the visa before discharging from the army. Is there any way you can apply for the visa before leaving the army or first I need to leave the army then apply for the visa ? I've been in service for 17 months, maybe this helps.
