I have family in Western Australia will that help thanks I think you have a really good chance of getting a 489 visa as you have 65 points plus you would get 10 more putting you at 75 points. Thanks for the info just checked the website about the regional areas you were right there are nine. I think it’s worth a try. Avneet Posted April 13, 2019 Share Posted April 13, 2019 Hi everyone, I have a query about my 489, I got my 489 visa(offshore applicant) in 2017, On my first entry to Australia I landed in Melbourne, stayed there for like two weeks with my brother and then moved to Adelaide, is that a breach of my visa condition 8539? Is that gonna trouble my 887? Anyone else every faced that situation?
