I have been looking at the 189 visa and the EOI and it says that " Everyone who wants to be invited to apply for the visa must submit an EOI. You must be under 45 years of age to submit an EOI. I am 37 and my partner is over 45 does this mean we both have to be under 45 or just myself as the main applicant?
