Bristle Posted February 15, 2018 Share Posted February 15, 2018 We used them in 2012 to get our PR visa and found them to be excellent. Due to age restrictions we needed to help to get things done quickly. they told us exactly what we needed, and when, and kept us informed at all times. We were able to arrange telephone calls to suit us if we had any queries. At the time I did not have a large credit limit on my credit card and they allowed me to transfer money to them and they paid for the application on my behalf which was so helpful. They had originally advised us to apply for a 190 visa due to shorter processing times but at the last minute advised to switch to 189 visa as times had become the same.
