SCAR89
Hi all, desperate for some clear advice during a rather tough time. I've applied for a 186 visa which has been in the system for about 6 months now. Unfortunately circumstances have changed which means I have had to make the call to move back to the UK at the end of March. My 457 is still valid until August. But i was wondering if I cancelled the 186 application, would I have access to my super on leaving the country, and when would I be able to access this? Thanks in advance, Simon
