Blesson
Hi friends, I am on a 489 regional nominated visa, and I would like to bring my husband here. Is it possible to apply for the visitor visa first and then apply for the subsequent entrant once he is here? Will the visitor Visa usually have a ' no further stay' condition ? Looking for your valuable suggestions. Thanks, Susan

Not everyone will be able to produce those exact documents - for instance, not everyone will have the items I have lited below, from the original post. The list should be just a guide, not taken as definitive. both parents Affidavit for conforming marriage Joint Bank account joint journey tickets n hotel stay Joint wattsup chat shots screen shot of Facebook status POD at your current address by courier Tex Assessments n PAN no. Aadhar card Copy Bank Passbook of applicant PCC through Passport Seva Kendra near by your location

akie
This predicts that the processiong time has now changed from 4 months to 5 months if we get a direct grant and upload all docs at once
