HelenandPat Posted January 13, 2018 Share Posted January 13, 2018 Hello Apologies if this question has been asked before but just wanted to double check to ensure my baby's visa application goes without any incident. My wife and I were granted a 189 visa a while ago and whilst we have validated the visa, we have not yet made the move to Australia. We now have a baby and are aware that we need to apply for 101 visa. After reading forms 40 & 47, am I right in thinking that my wife and I are to undergo police checks again to apply for this visa?
