My partner in Australia wants to send me a visit or spouse visa.Please provide me an advice how i can process it as the embassy here says not authorized to process visa. Guest Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 Have you checked what visa you could apply for? https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visa-1 It may be you don’t qualify for a partner or have to look at some other visa type.
