Help with Australian Citizenship

HI all

I migrated here on 189 visas and got my PR on 16th Sept 2013

I first entered Australia on 10th April 2014 and stayed for 2 weeks and went back to my home country

Then i moved here permanently on 17th August 2014. i wanted to check if i am eligible for the Australian citizenship but am confused with the fact that which date is my Lawful Resident Date

is it 10th April 2014 or 17th August 2014.

can someone help me pls as if i select 10th April 2014 i can apply for citizenship by 15th May 2018

You can check your eligibility on Dept website, 

As i know of you need to have a total stay of 4 years in Australia to be eligible. or say 3 years of any valid TR visa stay + 1 year as Permanent resident visa = 4yrs

i tried checking the website 

if i put  Lawful resident date as 10/4/2014 when i made my first entry for 2 weeks,  i am able to apply in May 2018

but if i put 17/8/2014 as lawful resident date which is the date i moved in permanently, i have to wait till 17/8/2018 so i don't know which one is the lawful resident date

i tried calling the citizenship dept number and waiting for the past 4 hrs no one is answering 

any suggestions
