My questions are: * Is it possible to draft application online in advance and submit on the day I arrived in Australia (in 10 days). * If so, does it matter if Form 1195 is signed by myself and identity declaration with a date before the day I am eligible e.g tomorrows date or does the date have to be in line with when im eligible. Many thanks The signing date can be before you are eligible, but you cannot do the application until you become eligible - the system will not accept it.
