woody2709 62 Posted April 10, 2018 Analysing the tracker, most direct grants are around 90 days from submission. Everyone who had CO contact requesting further documents eg.medicals, form 80 decision was pushed to around 170 days. That's why people push to front-load all documents. Good luck with everything, hope you get the visa soon

Her timeline is as follows: Invitation date: 1st February 2017 Date of Application: 30 March 2017 Request for more information: 10 April 2017 and 07 June 2017. All documents were uploaded by August 2017. It has been almost a year now and as you may guess, we extremely anxious. They appointed an agent and personally i believe that he did not do a very good job in advising them, should I have known, i would have done the Visa myself. I apologise if i offend anyone, its just my frustration talking. Mila Hey guys, I have been dying to tell you that it has been approved. i have been so busy haven't had a chance to sit down. visa approved on the 5th of April, the day after I posted.
BobbyV 0 Posted April 11, 2018 Congratulations! Great news if you don’t mind me asking - what additional did they ask for in both April and then June?

I think the agent did not submit any docs in first stage. in June BIL had to complete IELTS as his Degree was not completed or something rather.

gord81 4 Posted April 29, 2018 Hi Guy's, I'm going to lodge my 489 visa in the next few days for QLD and am trying to get everything ready to front load and hopefully speed up the process. What are peoples thoughts/experiences of Form 80 and Form 1221? Are there many direct grants given without them or is it likely that I'll be contacted to provide them later on in the process? Cheers

gord81 4 Posted April 30, 2018 Ok thanks for the info both of you, seems like some mixed reviews. I think I'll just fill out the form 80 just in case. Any experience on form 1221? Or is it the same thoughts? Thanks
