Cold, clear frosty morning here. I know what you mean @simmo. Anything over 25C is too hot for me these days. One of the reasons we retired to Tassie is for the much more temperate climate. Supposed to be 12C but it felt colder than that. Bitter cold wind coming off the mountains, dull, dreich day. I like the sound of rain and thunder storms at night but wind (no jokes please) keeps me awake. Apparently it send people mad. We get a lot of wind here (roaring 40s) especially during spring and it does affect some people making them feel irritable and jittery. I like a good windy day but not day after day. E.g. the Met Office are forecasting a maximum of 38 deg C in London for today (Tues 19th Jul), but the humidity is only forecast to be 18% or 19% at that time.
