TGX Posted November 13, 2017 Share Posted November 13, 2017 Hi Everyone. Just wondering if anyone had experience with migrating to Australia and their mobile phone insurance. I currently have an iPhone that is 6 months old and covered by a UK insurer. Is it possible to pick up insurance in Australia on a PR visa for my mobile when it will be a) less than a year old and b) purchased in the UK when I move to Sydney in January? I recently had to claim for a new iPhone for my teenager as she ran the damn thing over in her car!! That's with RAC WA but I am sure other insurers would do similar coverage.
