Hi my husband and me applied for rsms and co requested documents today. I have 4 years degree( English medium ) and my husband is main applicant. Immigration website has been mentioned that if someone (not main applicant) has 4 yr degree in English medium no need to do Ielts. Therefore we didnā€™t do it. Is it ok if I send my degree certificate and my transcript?

I think it's ok for you to send the transcript and your certificate. The rule is there.

Wouldnā€™t it be nice to have a number to show you where you are in the queue.... at least I wouldnā€™t have checked my immiaccount everyday for the last 15months only to see status received.Ā

I know itā€™s not going to happen and I know files are not done in order.

???

It must be agonising ... even if they give you a 'block number' ... so you'd know which block of applications are being processed.
