Mr nobody Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 In my case they ask for svac payment with nomination documents but my MA ask me that money two mints a go that time my file didn't open so I payed it after nomination. if you want my fever don't pay SVac payment before nomination because without nomination it's not worth. Been messaging him all week to upload our defacto stuff and asked if anything else would be needed for our application. His response was I sent you the DIPB letter read that and if you've supplied all that is on it then nothing else is required. The DIPB letter requested medicals, police checks and Personal particulars for character assessment. The police checks were sent to my migration agent back in August he never uploaded them. The form 80 was also sent then as well so I'm seriously pissed off with him. We paid him for guidance and help and he does nothing. I knew before he told us that our CO wanted more info by checking my immi account regularly.
