After We replied Department’s letter Invitation to comment on adverse information, before yesterday, department continue to ask us further documents..For company: 2019 financial report and sign new employment contract.. For me: health check and police check.. i’m just wondering is it a good sign?? My nomination was with Aat before and they asked my boss for the financial report after that Aat approved my nomination. Here's the timeline: 187 visa applied - Nov 11 2019 s56 request for more information(asked for afp, medical and wife's english language ability - Nov 27 2019 All documents done - Dec 18 2020 Visa Granted - Jan 9 2020 This forum has helped me and my family a lot. Pastry Cook - Victoria RCB,Nomination, Visa apply - 8 November 2019 RCB approved - Dec 2019 Nomination approved and Visa Grant - 13 January 2020 My MA advised to do my afp check and medical after we lodged the visa. She told me 187 visa process very fast now than they advertise. So I did so. But I did not expect that it will be this quick. 65days I think because 187 was abolished.
