Are we still entitled to work with the new owner? As we had signed the contract with only the previous owner. RCB was approved yesterday, 06/12/2019 and it was given me 28 days to do the health examinations and provide my partner’s English score, which we were not expecting to be required now. Employer sponsored in Canberra RCB Applied: 21st October 2019 RCB Approved: 1st November 2019 Employer side of Visa applied: 25th October 2019 Employer side of Visa Approved: 11th November 2019 My side of visa applied: 11th November 2019 Case officer assigned: 12th November 2019 Request for further information: 12th November - They requested Mecidal, AFP Certificate and my partners Police Cert from Ireland.
