Which state are you in? I know why you don't trust any migration agent/lawyer because most of them are just interested in linning their own pocket. Most of them are registered agents and are honest and trustworthy - including those on this forum who give their time and advice for free. Once opened they should request additional documents, if they require any. But normally the documentation you provide should be related the the reason for refusal- so in your case everything to prove that there is a genuine need.
