Hi everyone,
I would like to know if anyone had a child after applying for the visa and had to add the baby to their application.

My son was born mid april, and i am adding him in my application. Our MA asked for:

1022 form - change of circunstances
Aussie birth certificate
Letter from GP stating his health conditions
Foreign passport

The passport is gonna take a bit longer than expected...
Can this delay my process? Any thoughts

My timeline:
Rcb, nomination, visa applied: Feb 2018

Rcb approved October 2018

Importer/exporter

South Australia

Status: received

Thanks

 Yes

They need ur childs passport and birth certificate to access ur file

As i can see ur file is not opened yet so take his passport as soon as possible

Once CO will allocated and asked for further documents give them

Or if u collect before them update on immi account

Hi guys,

I don’t want to bring bad news but here is the updates from my agent:

For last few weeks, the refusals of nominations have been increased and will extend to more nomination applications. Most of the refusal reasons are not a genuine position without asking for further documents. It’s means CO open the case and refuse straightaway. This must be because of Immi has a limit of visas grant for each year, also this November 187 is out so they might want to leave some spaces for new applicants and get rid of those that have been waiting for years.

My company got requested for more info for the nomination. Very stressful now. But at least they asked. Hopefully my agent can write something very powerful like the turnover went up very much since we came. 🙏🏻 Pray.

I'm waiting too from 26th June, it feels so long to wait after the nominations approved, doesn't feel that anxious when waiting for the nomination to be approved before, status changed to further assessment 😅

Hi

You can do it in two ways :

1. Either provide form 1022, birth certificate, letter from GP and your current visa and add him.

2. Get his passport first and provide them everything all together.

They can still open ur file without his passport and grant you visa. There is no issue in it. Adding your baby to ur application is free of cost.

I'm still on 'Further Assessment' after updating everything that was requested by immi, back in April 2019.

I know there's people who are a lot frustrated and worse off than me, but I would rather them refuse me the visa, rather than have us hanging on.

Nomination has been approved, everything all submitted with all Medicals done, at least with a refusal I can move on.

The anxiety they cause by no communication or ability to communicate after they have received everything, is pretty shocking to say the least.

i love a good moan

I lodge my application and nomination on  feb 2018,

yesterday my  MA just told me the employer nonimation has been approved。 Is this meaning my pr will be granted soon? I am very nervous now, could any tell me is there any chance the IMMI will reject my personal application?  Because i am super worried IMMI will reject my vias appliaciton as i only got the diploma  degree and no exprience as my pistion is resaurant manager.
