Kedrick1422 Posted May 16, 2019 Share Posted May 16, 2019 (edited) Its very strange reason I been working as a retail manager from last 2 years today immigration called to business and my owner was here to visit and check financials so he answer the call that why immigration said if owner work there then there is no need for manager now how I can challenge this??? Hi Kedrick Very sorry to hear this. Even if owner does work in the business, business still needs a manager. It entirely depends upon the turnover of the business. They should check the turnover, profits . You mentioned that you applied offshore then how come you are working there from last 2 years or am I mistaken to understand anything ? Finally immi asked us extra info ć» PC ( i'v sub mitted 2month ago new one) ć» me and husband relationship statement( we married Australia 4years ago and we uploaded our certificate etc from fisrt document) ć»form 80 ( it was provided 2years ago) All of request was nonsense, but we have submitted all to immi 2 days ago.
