Rajat I asked this same question to the immigration. They replied back saying the burden of proof lies on the applicant, so the sooner you supply all the documents the CO has asked for the sooner they can make a decision. So then I asked what about after all the documents are submitted then how long does it take? They said well that depends on how soon the case officer can verify those documents. So basically they told me "we don't know anything and will not put the blame on our CO's....it can take as long as they want." in an indirect way.
