Very nervous Nothing to be stressed about, you just got a stupid CO who can't distinguish between name and type. If your application is not finalized yet, there's still time for your Agent to get back to to CO ASAP and make sure this is resolved. Your Agent needs to call the CO like right now. If your nomination is FINALIZED as you say it is, must be approved or rejected. It it's not - it's not finalized and they are still looking at it. YourĀ COĀ most likely denied the nomination due to mistake in the legal name or ABN of the business recorded in your applicationĀ Ā and did not go further to check your other documents. I suggest asking a copy (from your MA) a summary of your submitted nomination application similar to the one I attached (yours should have record of responses to DOHA). Check theĀ Registration IDentifier (ABN) and Xyz Pty LtdĀ detailsĀ must be written on the business/organisation section and not XYZĀ Trust details. Your MA's fault if the name recorded is XYZ Trust. If your nomination refuses then either u need withdraw or you can wait untilĀ Ā visa refuse. You need to apply separate AAT for Nominations and Visa. If you have substantive visa you can apply new nominations and visa. Check also the ABN listed on the business detail section, it should be the XYZ PTY LTD's ABN and not the XYZ Family Trust. Your MA may have used the trust and not the trustee on the application which jeopardised it. I dont think it's the COs fault. Then again I only base my opinion on your few presented facts. Mate, you need to check it with your MA or get another professional's opinion. If it is finalised, thenĀ there is a probability that they have closed the file and may require you to lodge a new nomination or the CO, if considerate enough, may allow you to correct the mistake without creating new application.
