Later on they sponsored a 187DE Restaurant manager at 3/2018. At 11/2018. For the RM application was ask for further information about why last restaurant manager (457-186 type) didn’t complete his 2 years employment. Employment letter was asked. However, nobody has keeped the letter since last Manager got his citizenship. And the agent who did this application has changed ownership. Anyway, they cannot provide enough evidence to support this application, so they withdrawal it. My question is will this effect on my application? ps. My case is still received. My timeline 187 DE cook VIC LR country Apply Rcb + nom + visa : Oct, 2017 Rcb appovol : Nov, 2017 Ask for update financial doc and more documents for nomination : mid Sep, 2018 Updated all documents 05, Oct , 2018 nomination refused: 25, Feb, 2019 they gave a lots of reason but the main reason is they don't see any evidence that my employer need a full time cook. My colleague apply as a motel manger 26, Feb, 2018 they refused the nomination today too. Reason is the tasks of the motel manger can be done by the general manager. Feeling hopeless as we both work for this business for almost 1 and a half year. Still thinking should we go for AAT. Not sure can we go through two more years to wait for the results. I applied last year Jan and my colleague Feb. Both can do remedial massage. In a shopping center. Please give me advice if you have experience. Turnover should be 0.4-0.6 millions (I guess). Is agency told them? or they got the email from immigration? Once Your Nomination Approved than You must get an email from Your Migration Agent which is sent by Immigration. If you are married, your family have to stay in regional too. Government is refusing citizenship to the people who are not fulfilling their promise. I hope you understand.
